Gather ingredients
Chop up all fruit, discarding any stones. Place the fruit in a pan
Add sugar(about two teaspoons) and two tablespoons of water
Chuck the fruit into a pot like this
Cook on medium heat
While fruit is softening make a crumble mixture by rubbing plain flour with the butter, sugar and salt
Soften your butter a bit first to make it easier. But not too much!!
Mix until it resembles breadcrumbs
Once the fruit has softened, remove the lid and let the liquid reduce. Put into a big pie dish
Sprinkle the bread crumbly mixture on top and place in oven
Cook in hot oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the topics crisp and the fruit is bubbling up at the sides
Yum!!!!!😋 serve with cream or custard
